We are not talking about photos, but the three levels of self-awareness and self-awareness that we do have here. We’re talking about self-awareness when we don’t want to be looking at a photo of ourselves.
I do not know how you get that many people at the end of the day, but it is really interesting that I was able to learn more about the kind of self-awareness you have here.
If we could have a little bit of self-awareness, we would be so much better off. A moment as a self-aware person is not a bad thing, but it can be a very distracting thing. So the first thing to remember is that we are not a collection of pixels. Things that are real happen to us, not just on the computer screen, and we can change that if we let go of our habits and routines.
I’m not sure if you’re aware of what you’re doing. I think you know what I’m talking about.
I think you know when youre doing that, because you go, “Oh, I just changed my hair color, I’m so much more… I’m more… I’m more confident!” Then, as you get to be more confident, you realize that you can do a lot more. You can be more confident about something if you let go of your old habits and routines. For example, when you’re eating, you can change it to a healthier way.
We’re not going to talk about the whole food thing for a minute though. We’re just going to talk about the habits you’ve been doing. You know, eating healthy and being more creative and having fun and all that stuff. The more you let go of your habits and routines, the more you can become more creative. So if youre hungry, you can eat. You can also exercise, but it’s easier to do it when you don’t have to think about it.
The great thing about having a plan is that it gives you the freedom to do what you want. If you just try to live in the moment, youll get bored and start to do things that arent good for you. It helps to have a plan. It helps to have a routine. You can do the same thing each day and still have fun.
You can actually play it safe, but most of us play it safe and we dont have to worry about that. You can even play it safe for a long time and then try it out if you dont think you could.
I am not saying that you need to worry about that. Its nice to have some idea of what you are doing, but it doesnt mean you have to follow through with it. I am just saying that if you dont have a plan for everything, you wont be doing it.
I know what you are saying. I could see a lot of Garden Instagrams that have a daily routine like this. Thats why I think it is so important for you to have a routine. It doesnt mean you should follow it day by day, but its so much easier when you know exactly what you are doing and what you want to do.
